I have agreed to participate in the ORA HYROX Nov Series event organised by Mase Limited trading as ORA Fitness Studio (ORA Fitness Studio). I acknowledge that this event may include strenuous physical activity such as, but not limited to, cardiovascular training, strength and endurance workouts, high-intensity exercises, and other forms of physical exertion.

I confirm that I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any medical condition or impairment that may prevent or limit my safe participation. I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily and at my own risk.

I hereby release ORA Fitness Studio, Mase Limited, and their employees, volunteers, contractors, and agents (the released parties) from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action arising from or in connection with my participation in the event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I understand and accept that participation in this event carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: heart-related conditions, muscle strains or tears, ligament injuries, broken bones, heat-related illnesses, back or joint injuries, and other physical ailments, including the risk of serious injury or death. I accept full responsibility for any such outcomes.

Media Release

I acknowledge that photos and videos may be taken during the HYROX Heretaunga event for promotional purposes. I grant Mase Limited trading as ORA Fitness Studio the right to use images, video footage, or audio recordings of me for marketing, social media, and other promotional materials in both print and digital formats.

I consent to the use of my image/video for marketing purposes.
